How does Influenced protect my payments?
We use an escrow system. When a brand pays for a campaign, the funds are held securely by Influenced. We only release the payment to the influencer once the work has been submitted and approved by the brand.
Are the influencers verified?
Yes. Every creator on our platform must verify ownership of their Instagram or TikTok accounts through our automated system before they can list packages or accept bookings.
What are the service fees?
It is free to join and browse. We charge a standard 15% service fee for influencers to maintain the platform, provide escrow protection, and offer customer support.
What happens if a creator doesn't deliver?
If a creator fails to submit their work within the agreed timeframe, you can cancel the booking and receive a full refund of your escrowed funds immediately.
Can I request revisions on work?
Absolutely. Brands have the right to request changes if the submitted work doesn't meet the initial brief. The creator will be notified and can resubmit the updated content for approval.
