Yoga and Pilates instructor
I’m a yoga and pilates instructor with an engaged community of women who follow me for beginner-friendly and intermediate movement routines that make fitness achievable for everyone.
My approach comes from volunteering at the Bryant Retreat, a healing home for women, where I met people with different needs and abilities who wanted to reconnect with their bodies but found regular studio classes intimidating. I create content that’s accessible and designed to help people feel like they belong in a yoga or Pilates class, no matter where they’re starting from.
I’ve been teaching for over 10 years and moved online two years ago to reach more people. My goal is simple: help people stay active and build a positive relationship with movement and themselves.
