Hi I am Laura, I live in Auckland am a busy mum of 4 (1 girl 3 boys) I am a business owner who is passionate about health and wellness. I care about what goes into mine and my family’s bodies. We lead a busy life and love to get outdoors in the weekends. I battled some auto immune conditions in my early 20s and fully believe keeping fit and healthy keep these at bay.
A passion of mine is supporting NZ business’ (we do that within our business) and look forward to working with many brands to create awareness and content.
